We can advise on developing your internal strategies, management and governance structures, and meeting your policy objectives, through our own experience and through consultative research. We also advise on specific one-off events and projects.

One of our Directors was seconded to work with the Scottish Executive for two years as adviser to the Minister for Tourism, Culture and Sport. One Director is currently in the second year as Strategic Adviser to the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama.
